Returns and Exchanges

At Reco Group Solutions, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied for any reason please contact us within 30 days from the day it was shipped to you. Please allow up to 14 days for any return to be processed. 

The item(s) being returned must be in the original packaging. If there is any indication that the item has been installed the return will be void and the product will be returned to the customer. The customer will have to pay shipping.

Returned defective or used merchandise will be inspected, and a handling fee of up to 20% may be charged. Refused Shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping & handling will not be refunded on Refused Shipments. Special order returns are an automatic 20% restocking fee and credit is not issued for freight charges.
